"I wasn't too thrilled about it.  More or less he is telling me what I need to spend.  The problem is I asked the guy how long he'd been doing that and he said 20 years and said to myself you need another 20 years.  It didn't look that great professionally.  You have to come to the house with the right tools and he came here in a car that barely got here."
