"Henry Forrest is a man of his word. They showed up on time and got the job done. This is the second time we have had him out to fix another section of roof. He now has replaced the whole roof on our house and RV garage. If you ever need an inspection of a roof before you buy a house, call Henry and have him inspect it. We sure wish we knew him a few years ago when we bought this house because our roof was never maintained like it should have been. He takes pictures of the roof when he is inspecting it to show you if there is a problem. He takes pictures of before, during and after the work is done. "Having used Keefe Roofing about 2 years ago on the place we just sold, it was a no brainer that we wanted them putting on the new roof. The crews do excellent work. They protect the foliage around the house so it doesn’t get damaged by shingles that might come off the roof. And they clean up daily. They get all the nails with a strong magnet. They even go over the grass with the magnet. It was nice to see the entire crew looking through the rocks for nails & debris on the last day. They really do get extra points for their clean up. It turned out that when the old roof was stripped off, I had a lot of plywood that was rotten (14 sheets at last count) and some of the 2x4s were bad as well. The crew cut them out and replaced them giving me a sound base before beginning the actual reroofing."

"Replacing a roof is not a glamorous task as there is lots of old roof debris to discard. Our house roof pitch and gable design didn’t make it easy to place a dumpster container in the driveway to slide everything into. Proguard Restoration and their crew manually removed all the debris on to tarps and hand carried them to the dumpster container. After everything was completed you would have never know they were there. Cleanup was perfect! There was even an issue with one of the tarps that accidentally went into the pool and Proguard Restoration had a Pool Company come and clean it afterwards. A special thanks to Randall Moore for the great communication throughout the entire process and for taking care of a few punch list items. We could not be more pleased with Proguard Restoration and would highly recommend them for any project. Thank You for our incredible new roof!!"
