"We moved into a older home that had been vacant for a year. We spent a month alone removing the remains of a large family of mice. Since we found a few deceased in our furnace, we questioned our ducts. A couple of calls and we went with Advance Air and Furnace. Everyone from their office staff to the technicians was helpful and courteous. We got a full cleaning: vents, furnace, chimney and A/C. HUGE difference! Very professional company, easy to work with and great job. Techs even found a supply vent the previous owners had blocked. They opened it for us and our system works better. Only downside was a bit costly; but i'm a penny pincher and you can't put a price on your family's health. For the quality of service, my family's health... it was worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend!"

"We contacted Cowan's during the busy season, he responded by text only. We explained what we needed. It took about 2 weeks of texting and trying to getting responses to final set a time for him to come out. One of his workers came and did the cleaning. He did not cover anything around the stove, he left hand and foot (soot) prints everywhere he touched and walked. He left my fromt door open the whole time he was here (35* degrees outside) He did a partial job of cleaning up after himself. When I mentioned to him about the marks he left, all he could say was I don't have rags to clean. I spoke to Mr. Cowen about how unhappy I was with the way things were left and he said he would talk his worker and just use soap and water to clean everything. I should not have to clean up after Cowan's job. When I offer to pay him he told me to keep my money and Goodbye."
