"More like Unreliable. I spent $2,000 for shoddy work. They installed a gate for my front yard and within ONE day a piece of the gate fell off and went missing. After going back and forth with an associate named Luis Ramirez they tried CHARGE ME for the parts to install myself. Do not use this company. It is not worth the money and they have very poor customer service. I will be writing the better business bureau next."

"Rick also did a missing window fix, interior door replacement and exterior door jamb repair, so he’s quite versatile. and had creative cost-saving ideas. His workmanship is good, rates reasonable and he is pleasant to work with. He got to me quickly because I needed to have the work done prior to a scheduled painter could start. "Storm Strong Fence was remarkable. They showed up when they said they would, The project was on the difficult side but they dealt with all the obstacles effectively and did an outstanding job, They removed the original 170 ft wood fence and installed the new fence and it is beautiful."
