She asked me to send her photos of the stump so I did. She said she would get back to me that day with a price (this was Friday.) I called later that day and got a man and when I explained what I needed he said the woman was gone for the day and that I couldn't get a price until Monday. When he finally came out to give us an estimate he quoted $300. When their man came to do the job he was surprised that they had charged us so much. We were happy with the job he did but not the price."
