You should never fold a wet rug because that what will happen, the dark colors will bleed on the light colors. But all the rugs were brighter and softer and smelling good. Justin kept me in the loops the whole time letting me know which stage of the cleaning they were at and the outcome. I really appreciated that, and, I'll be using him to clean all my other rugs in the future. I'm an avid fan of oriental rugs and I have a few of them. Great Job Justin!
