"Carpet was almost dry by mid-afternoon.    Millers, the service operator, and I knew that some stains over 3 years old and stains remaining after traditional carpet cleaning  might not be removed.  I am pleased to say most of them are gone;  it is such a relief. I have been a foster dog mom, and I adopted one of the foster dogs (who doesn't like to do potty outside in cold, rain, or snow). My cat  was put down recently due to kidney failure (she didn't use litter box and started using the 2nd room).  I wasn't able to manage up until the last year due to a stroke and joint surgery, but I did my best. <br /> Starting over with a nice clean carpet has made me proud of my home again.  I had felt like I would have to replace my carpet. Millers didn't even suggest such a thing.  They just went to work;  did the job. It is all we do that's why our company name is clean sweep air duct cleaning. And with our company it is ran by the owner and the owner performs all jobs to make sure they are done right the first time.

"I would not recommend this group.  The first visit went okay as as far as quality goes, but was understaffed with only 1 person.  As a result he moved furniture only when it was specifically pointed out, and in general the person didn't go out of his way to do top-notch work.  In order to have a thorough job done, I needed to follow him around and ask for "extra work" as he went.  The second group was worse.  They didn't arrive as scheduled, and indicated they were having engine trouble when we called to find out where they were.  When they did arrive they had two people, but one said he had just had back surgery and was uncomfortable enough that the job suffered as a result.  The truck vacuum system kept stopping, and the workmen said they needed to "tweak" the system.  After they left, I walked through rooms and found the rugs extremely wet - so much so that even after 8-10 hours of running the air condiitoner and dehumidifiers, the rugs were still very wet to the touch.  And despite my request to treat for carpet stains, I found stains throughout the downstairs rooms.  These same stains came up when I spot treated them and cleaned them with my own small carpet machine.  In general, the guys tried to be nice, and they were good to my cats, but this was not worrth the money. <br />"
