"We used John Padilla Plumbing for a few separate repair and service calls since buying our new home. They repaired a pinhole leak in a section of our copper piping, serviced our tankless water heater, and replaced a leaking tub overflow. On every occasion their technicians were very thorough and helpful in diagnosing the problem and explaining the necessary repair/replacement steps. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner while at a reasonable cost. "Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."
