"John & his wife Suzette are "old school" -- they believe if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right. They patched drywall, textured, and painted our ugly unfinished kitchen ceiling after we had an electrician remove the 1970s style fluorescent lights with yellowing Fiberglas covers and install new LED "can" lights. Aside from the new lights, the ceiling was an eyesore. John & Suzette made it look great. John also suggested and installed a dimmer switch for the very bright LED lights, a big improvement. They were on time, kept their commitments, and charged a reasonable fee for the time they spent. Plus they are a nice, friendly couple. We definitely will ask them back for future projects.

"Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed. 
Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. 
One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements.
Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well.
Would highly recommend contacting HD Fence for any fence work you may need.

"It went well.  Tyler was very knowledgeable about various critters' prints he found on my property. He had good suggestions for deterring predators ... but was not helpful in implementing those measures.  No references or anything.  I still have yet to find someone to install the kind of fencing he suggested.
