They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"They are local in the same town that I am. Once I went to their store or showroom; they're not a franchise but just their own business. I went there many years ago. I had older fixtures that dated back that they aren't making anymore. So I went to see if they had something that would match. The parts didn't work, but I was so impressed with their professionalism and their customer service, and their desire to help. Next time I had a plumbing problem I went to them. I've used them for other problems and then I eventually used them to re-pipe my entire condo. In the construction back in the late 80's they used interior copper so there's been pin-hole leaks. They'd been telling me for years that I need to re-pipe the whole place but I resisted because it's tons of money. Finally after so many years of having all of these problems I just decided I may as well go for it, and I had the work done by them. I trusted them because I had been using them anyway for much smaller repairs like broken garbage disposal, or leaky faucets, things like that. Whenever they came out they were very professional and nice. There were a couple of times that they weren't able to stop a running toilet. I did contact a company that a friend of mine recommended, and they were way more expensive. They were like three times as much. I couldn't justify going with them even though she liked there work. I already knew the quality of this company's work. They knew me. They've been coming here for years. If they were late they would always say something. Sometimes I couldn't book them right away because they are getting more popular, so if I wanted them that day they would say I'd have to make an appointment. Their professionalism is what drew me to them in the first place. I was so impressed with their customer service and not just to me. I saw them talking to other customers too.
