The appointment was at 8AM. He called at 730AM to say he's on the way. At 8AM, the doorbell rings, he's here. By his own idea, he takes off his shoes to walk on our carpet. I explain the situation, he says he'll take a look. After 15 minutes, he comes to tell me he has identified the issue and will resolve it. He then fixes the light and then asks me to take a look. Next, just to make sure everything else was alright, he went outside to check our electrical box. Then, he went thru the house checking all of the electrical outlets. He answered all of my questions and made several recommendations. Great job! I wish he was my doctor and car mechanic. You better get this guy while he's still working at Mr. Electric.
