"This is my second experience with Graham Lynch and his team! Unfortunately, they originally came out to repair my unit, but it didn't stay running for long...I have both of my A/C units for 22 years and this particular unit (attic) has been repaired several times in the last 3 years. So, when Graham indicated I should replace it with a much more efficient unit, I went ahead with the replacement. My quote arrived timely and I was given 3 units to decide upon! I had no idea what I should do, I called Lynch Mechanicals and they helped me understand and explained ALL THREE UNITS! After talking with them, I was able to make an informed decision and my new A/C unit was installed, without a single problem. I did not have to periodically or even felt the need, to go outside to inspect any of their work. That is such a relief, to be able to trust the servicemen that you hire and not worry about “is this going to be fixed, is it going to be what was quoted,” etc. etc. etc. They replaced and removed my old A/C unit, and had cleaned up the area and left no trash behind! On this particular day, I was extremely sick and they just “simply took over, did not complain, and moved some items for me, as I was unable to finish some of the tasks required of me”! My only regret...I wish they could have another division in their company that does general landscaping, and construction work when I have future projects that need help on! I have owned my house since 1984 and by far, this company has been the easiest and most reliable of all the individuals and companies that have helped me literally rip apart my 1855 house!!!"

"For all the work we have engaged The Tuckey Companies to do, their service has been quick, and they have always addressed whatever household issue we were experiencing. As an example of their professionalism I offer this event: Last week we were having problems with our well pump. I called Tuckey Mechanical and asked if they could come to determine what the problem might be. Shortly after I called the office, one of the company's electricians called me about the matter. He told me up front what might be causing the problem and advised me that I should contact a well company to have it fixed. The company could have sent a technician to our home to investigate, thus incurring a cost for the visit; but it did not, thus saving me money. When I did call a well company, they came and diagnosed the problem to be exactly what Tuckey's electrician said it likely was; they fixed the issue immediately. This event shows how The Tuckey Companies do not take advantage of their customers but, instead, keep their clients' interests above their own."

"My overall experience with Nicholas Evanoff Co. was very positive. My brother had made the initial contact for me, based on personal recommendations he had received from others, and Ken from Nicholas Evanoff Co. then contacted me to initiate a consultation and estimate. Ken was very courteous and professional, and was an important point of communication and resource for me throughout the entire project. He also helped to coordinate a referral to another contract for some subsequent work on my gutters, which was also very good. I was impressed that the team of Evanoff roofers completed my roof all in one day, on a Saturday! Another impressive feature of this work is that my home is located on a steep, wooded slope and is not easily accessible from the back. This made the job much more difficult. The Evanoff crew did an amazing job making sure that all materials to be discarded were dropped off the roof in the front of the house, not the back. There was no landscaping damage or litter, and cleanup was very thorough. The crew did a wonderful job and were all very professional and courteous. The final result is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. I am happy to recommend Nicholas Evanoff Co. for any roofing job. <br />"

We set up a time that same day where the two guys came to my house, located and caught the squirrel, put it in a trap and took it with them. They were knowledgeable and professional and their fees extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again."

"Jesse did a wonderful job! I provided him with info about three new toilets I purchased. He provided me with a very reasonable offer to remove old toilets and install new ones. Jesse is easy to communicate with and understood our needs. He also made some part recommendations to better complete this job. He is knowledgeable in many areas. We are having him come back in three days to do some work on bathroom sinks, install bathroom fixtures-fan/light units, and install above the range microwave. We will be looking to hire him for some more projects this spring and summer."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Everything went smoothly and on time. Working with the people from McCorkel, we always had quick responses to any questions or concerns we had. During the design stage, McCorkel had many suggestions, but always kept our design view in mind. They recognized potential flaws we had done with our initial design and were able to correct before construction started. They were also willing to work with us to keep within our budgetary limits. The final product was better than what we originally envisioned!!"
