"These guys did a great job. Daniel King and his sidekicks, Sam and another Daniel, were very, very professional, courteous, timely, and precise in all aspects of the building process. We loved that we got to see the finished product before they even started since they did a computer generated drawing that we were able to view before signing the contract. Matt Esh handled the sales portion and sold us on the deal just about as soon as the plan hit the table. Their estimate was higher than we imagined, but now that it is done, we see that the extra money was well worth it. They handled all the permit paperwork, scheduled the township inspections, etc. which was a real plus. We had a few little glitches along the way (some of the cement fell and formed an uneven ledge along the patio floor addition. We were told it was because of all the wet weather we were experiencing during the project. One call, and the guys came back and fixed it! About a week after the guys left the work site we had a very heavy rain which caused water to bubble up out of the underground down spout. Again, one call and Daniel King came back and added a new extension to the pipe and it was fixed. Great job guys! You'll have to come back to visit in the Spring and have coffee with us in our "New Living Room"! :-)"

"We scheduled to have our retaining wall done back in April. Kelly, the owner came out to give us a quote and we scheduled it. He said he had some other Jobs to do before ours but he would fit us in during the month of August and we should reach out to him around the end of July to get a more firm date line of when he would break ground to fix our falling retaining wall. I reached out at the end of July as we discussed and he said due to the rain he didn’t know when he would get to us but it would definitely be in the month of August. I told him that we were selling our house and as long as I could have a firm week that he begin work- that would be enough information to list our home for the new buyers. He gave me the runaround and said due to the rain he would still not be able to make it out and wouldn’t know when he would be able to make it out. I gave him another week and checked the weather, it rained one day but the ground was solid and dry for over a week and still we heard nothing from him. We reached out again in the middle of August, the 14th, And I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is. Bet your britches I will attach a screenshot of his response. So unprofessional, he wasted my time for months and because I had him scheduled of course I did not schedule another company to do the work I needed done! He was rude and short and uninformative. I tried to be nice and civil, even extra friendly to let him know I was flexible and I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is.
