They have all the energy , smarts of what to do and tools needed to handle any problems as they removed the damaged areas. They made sure it all looked great . Would use them or recommend them anytime."

He arrived on time, and even though he bid me a certain number, the second deck took less time than expected and I ended up paying less than I was quoted. Brett did an outstanding job and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome given the decks are exposed to heavy weather conditions like rain and snow. "Sergio was able to do the job right away and we had a good interaction with him. The man who actually did the work was pleasant, worked hard, did a very nice job both in removing cracked ceiling drywall in two places and replacing with larger pieces to avoid the stress areas that caused the cracks. Also did the painting of the area after the work was done and dry. But the painting was at extra cost. Nice job of protecting the living areas while working. Cleanup left the area spotless. Only negative was the cost. When asking a contractor friend if the cost quoted was reasonable, he said it wasn't. It seemed twice as high as it should be. My friend wasn't available to do the job...and we wanted it done asap, so we paid the price. That's the only reason for the 4 vs 5 stars on Value For Money. Time will tell if the work permanently resolved the crack problem, but Sergio did say he would guaranty it for a year."

Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. "My name is Tony Duplessis, I contracted with Nick and his crew to repair and rebuild the railings and stairway for for my upper deck. They did a terrific job. I was very impressed from the start. At the end of each day they would put their things away, sweep down the area and clean up. After seeing the beginnings of some of their work, I started thinking of other projects that needed taking care of. So I had them modify the contract to add rebuilding the lower deck by the pool. I knew they would uncover problems from previous work, but I trusted they would fix it and rebuild it properly. I wasn't wrong they did an amazing job. Which led to another contract modification to repair some rotting facia boards on my 45 yr. Old house. I couldn't let all of this fabulous work go unnoticed so I had them paint the entire house including the surrounding block wall fencing. As usual after each day clean up was performed. I finally have one more project that I need. To install shutters that first have to be ordered. Nick will have them painted, if required, and hung once they arrive. I was very comfortable with the price they charge, and would highly recommend them B.N.C. BUILDERS. I'm thinking of other projects of mine that I want to have done."
