Hi, I’m Corey a construction professional with 15 years of hands-on experience in the trades, serving the Carmel and Monterey Peninsula area.\n\nWhether you need a full renovation managed start to finish, a concrete patio poured, a fence built, or just a honey-do list knocked out, I show up, I do the work right, and I treat your home with the same care I’d give my own.\n\nMy background spans general contracting, concrete and flatwork, carpentry, framing, finish work, decks, and outdoor living — but honestly, no job is too small. I’m just as happy hanging pictures or fixing a door as I am running a larger project.\n\nI’m local, reliable, and genuinely love what I do. If you’ve got something that needs to get done, let’s talk.

We’re a local business, and word of mouth from our neighbors means a lot to us. If you or someone you know is thinking about remodeling, feel free to reach out or simply say hello. We'd be happy to answer questions or share some of our recent projects. @N.D.T. Construction LLC
