On the day they did the work, the crew showed up on time, clearly know exactly what they were doing, and completed the job very quickly. Every member of the crew was also fluent in English, which nowadays is a big plus."

"I scheduled a fertilization and tree pruning in August 2021 to take place in September. SavaTree did the fertilization on time, but did not come back to do the pruning. Made multiple calls where I was told they would look into it and then I would not hear back. When I called for the third time in late October, I was told the pruning was scheduled for January 2022, but they may be able prune in late November. I cancelled at this point and asked for my deposit back. It is not good customer service to promise a date, not call back if the promised date can not be met, and also not get back to me when I call multiple times."
