"We have recommended Lord Roofing to all of our friends & family. We had a great experience for a skylight repair, a roof repair, and a roof replacement. It all started with a leaky skylight, which Lord Roofing repaired during the rainy season a couple of years ago. James (the owner) was quick to respond to the call, and came up with a fast solution that stopped the leak and kept us from needing costly drywall repairs. We then had a roof leak at the other side of the house. James was again fast to respond and provided a quick and cost effective repair which got us through the rainy season, and again avoided costly drywall repairs. We bought our home knowing that the roof was at the end of its life, so it was no surprise that we were having issues. We contacted multiple roofers and got quotes for a roof replacement. Lord Roofing was the second lowest quote that we received. The lowest number was too low based one our experience in re-roofing other homes that we had owned in the past. This, coupled with our recent experience made Lord Roofing an easy choice. James had performed a thorough inspection of our existing roof to determine whether or not the sheeting could be reused (it could, which saved us a lot of money). The process of replacing the roof was easy. James discussed options for types of roofing, and once we made a decision on the material he provided samples. Lord Roofing scheduled the work. Due to demand, we were scheduled out a couple of months into mid-summer, and they actually were able to get to us a few days sooner than anticipated. The entire Lord Roofing crew worked in a safe and professional manner. They made us aware of where they would be on the roof, so there was never an issue with the safety of our family. They also cleaned up on a daily basis, this was great because it helped to keep down dust from accumulation of debris. Lord Roofing finished the work ahead of schedule and at the cost of the original quote. Our new roof looks great and we no longer have any issues with leaks. As I stated at the beginning of this review, we have recommended Lord Roofing to all of our friends & family. They are a great company, and James is a fair & ethical person."

"Called Michael to patch a leaky flat roof. He was there as soon as the rain let up. After one failed attempt to repair this very old roof segment, I asked for a bid to replace it and another like it. The bid was reasonable and work was completed in less time than advertised. I am very grateful!"

"Pete (the owner) and his roofing crew (Genaro, Alberto, Pedro) were great! Pete replied promptly to my initial inquiry and came out right away to look at the roof. Following that, it took somewhat longer than I had hoped to get an initial bid and to actually start the job, but his bid turned out to be lower than the others, and I could see that the delay was for the right reason -- Pete always prioritizes the roof he's already working on to make sure it's done well and as quickly as possible, so a house doesn't stay unprotected for longer than necessary. Once they finally finished earlier projects and started working on our roof, they were 100% on task from start to finish. They are a small company and ours was a complex, 4000+ square foot roof that required ordering special materials along the way, so it took about a month to complete the job with 3 guys working 40 hours per week. However, I really appreciated the way they always started promptly on time each day and worked closely with my wife and I throughout the entire process to make sure work was being done exactly as we (and the City's historic rules) needed it done. Pete and his crew were friendly and very accommodating of special requests related to the historic peculiarities of our house, skylights, neighbor's concerns about parking, etc. Many parts of the roof required creative, on-the-fly problem solving, due to the non-standard construction of our 1800's house. Genaro, especially, was great at innovative problem solving and did beautiful work, but everyone on the team was super dedicated, hard working, and skilled. We have already had one heavy downpour since the new roof went on, and not a single drop got through! I can confidently recommend Positive Results Roofing if you are looking for a small, personable company that is licensed and bonded and does quality roof replacements or repairs for a reasonable price."

"Excellent experience. From initial contact to completed project, we were kept up to date with work in progress, additional repairs that were discovered once the old roof was removed, updated costs, options and updated completion date. Great, friendly service"

"I recently had my roof replaced by a team of professionals, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was efficient, professional, and easy to work with, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were able to complete the project in a timely manner, and the cost of the service was reasonable. I would highly recommend this roofing service to anyone in need of roof repairs or replacement."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

I was amazed at just how great the customer service was. I just want to say thank you to the whole team who helped out, I really appreciate all your hard work. Now I know you guys are the ones to call for all future jobs."

"TJ gave our home the best roof in the neigborhood combining stellar craftmanship, reasonable rates and service beyond my wildest expectations. After speaking with over 10 local roofers highly rated over a year's time, TJ Roofing was the only company that never changed fees, never tried used car or fear tactics in negotiations. They were always honest and up front. Your job is the only job they focus on once you're given an appointment for work to begin. In the presidential streets of North Salinas - we now own a Lifetime Presidential Shake TL roof in aged oak that is stunning! I can't recommend this company highly enough.T J's crew ripped off the original roof and left a breathtaking crown in its place. They deserve 10 stars for efficency, cost, communication and for being the best roofers I've come into contact with. Inspectors, in all cities they cover, know their work and respect them - a major plus in cost effectiveness and warranty guarantees. They take pride in their work and it shows. They're also the kind of people you want to invite into your home. Exemplary!"
