Low irrigation / maintenance plants were installed throughout the yard. All of the work was completed in less than one week and he followed up a few weeks later to make sure the plants were thriving, replacing one shrub that died."

What I hired them for was a professional, proper trimming; what I received was an act of arboricultural vandalism that has left my property irrevocably damaged. Here are the facts of my experience: Disregard for Protected Status: I explicitly informed the company, and it was noted in our contract, that the trees are protected live oaks subject to local ordinances. The crew on site completely ignored this, performing severe, damaging "topping" and "lion-tailing" practices that are universally condemned by professional arborists and often illegal for protected species. Lack of Certification/Expertise: It became immediately clear their team lacked the presence of an International Society of Arbori"
