"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

I was thrilled when they called about 2 weeks later to say they would be out to complete the job . I'm horrible with names, but Joel (?) arrived at the time he gave me as his ETA. Extremely polite, efficient and got the job done, looks great! He took the time to explain how the tv mount works as it is a 360? articulating mount. He cleaned the work area and removed all the packing material (bonus!). I have several other projects and will not hesitate to give them a call!"
