"Initially I had requested that Gary present to my home to provide me with an estimate on reducing a 1-2" high, roughly 20-24" long lip in my basement floor that had been the cause of an injury that occurred in my basement. Gary presented promptly to my home on the day the estimate was scheduled. I was very pleased with his overview of the work that he would perform; admittedly, I wasn't certain if the price was right because he was the first estimate I got. However, Gary would ultimately be the only estimate I would get because I found him to be very likeable and honest; he showed genuine concern when I discussed the injury that took place in the basement. I liked Gary so much that, on the day of the estimate, I would provide his name/number to a friend who had discussed with me an issue he has with his driveway. On the day of the work, Gary called me ahead of time to make me aware that he was on his way, and he arrived in the timeframe that he had provided me during the visit. He brought his employee Jeff along who was just as professional and courteous. After performing the work, Gary asked that I come down to the basement to give my opinion on what I thought. I informed him that I believed there was still a slight lip in the floor and that I was concerned that it would continue to present as a trip hazard. I hated to ask that he reduce it down more but Gary agreed with no hesitation. A short while later, Gary asked that I come down and view the work again--it looked great! Admittedly, I was so pleased that shortly after Jeff and Gary left, I texted a picture of the work to my wife, mom, and dad. Ultimately, if you value a company's professionalism, kindness, and a genuine appreciation for its craft, I would recommend A+ Plus Concrete and Foundation repair be contacted."

"Although there was a month or more delay from the initial estimated start date, once they began work, the job was completed in a timely manner. Considering that I paid more for this project than other estimates I received, I do feel it was worth the additional cost. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent - thicker concrete and more expansion joints than others I've observed, and a willingness and responsiveness by the owner and team to address any concerns and questions I had to insure I felt good about the end result. Additionally, a curing agent and a sealer were used to complete the job that no other contractor mentioned in their estimates or in neighborhood jobs I've observed. The owner showed much concern for the quality of workmanship his team produced and was on site a lot of the time. I usually do not feel comfortable paying a higher cost for work, but felt it was worth it for this project. One note - a topical sealer was used for the curing and sealing and, with a sloped driveway and brushed finish, the driveway can be slippery in wet and snowy conditions. I am hopeful that next year a pressure wash and applying a penetrating sealer will remedy this situation. Still, I prefer the curing and sealing to preserve the concrete to water curing or doing nothing at all."

"We could not be happier with the work done by Wyatt. He took time to listen to what we wanted for our project and explained the process and answered any questions we had along the way. Our project was turning a partially finished basement into a family room/office and a Pittsburgh potty into a half bath. His attention to detail was incredible. He did a great job matching the new walls with the existing walls swirl pattern and the baseboards look great. The bathroom turned out better than we could have imagined it. "They were prompt and completed the job timely in April 2017. We then had the driveway professionally sealed in June 2017 as they recommended. The problem is the concrete is now badly scaling. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete. I also sent an email to Omnipro through this site one month ago, and again no one responded. Very disappointed. I will only hire them for future work if they will demonstrate appropriate follow-up and resolution."

"They were great.  They were prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job installing a very difficult and heavy railroad tie wall.  Moreover, they did it at almost a moment's notice.  And they followed up on the project, even coming out on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was done right.  They are the best.  I will certainly ask them to do more work in the future.
