"the biggest problem was the customer service rep who sold us a contract for fence repair. after 3 months and no work was done or no feedback from rep. we call main office and explain problem. the office had to order the lumber needed. within 4 days project was done. once work started it went well. the fence looks good. the customer rep we had was useless and was no help. he should find another job. bad experience with the customer rep."

"SP Fence is the Best! We selected SP Fence after noting they were the highest rated company on several sites. They wouldn’t let a thing like a pandemic get in the way of serving their customers. When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "From the first day the representative from Aztec Fence came to the house to measure the area to be fenced in we knew had chosen the right company.  The representative was very thorough and even gave us his cell phone number in case we had any questions after he had left.  He had quoted us a time frame between 2-3 weeks before the fence would be installed and he was exactly correct.  The workers came out early in the morning and worked until 6:00 that evening to finish the fence.  They did a terrific job.  After about a week of having the fence, we noticed that that were some boards that did not go all the way to ground, so we called the representative (on his cell phone) and he had the workers back at our house the next day to fix the boards.   <br /> This company is WELL worth the money for their product AND their customer service.  I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fence installed.  They are professional, prompt, and know how to treat potential and existing customers. <br />"
