"Daniel and the My Landscape Contractor (MLC) crew are incredible. I cannot say enough to convey how well they did fixing our patio and also creating new additional patio, a retaining wall, two privacy fences and a new composite ceiling under our second floor balcony. We had a paver patio that was sinking up to a foot in several locations causing major issues making our large, raised patio a hazard. We consulted with 4 other hardscape/landscape companies and MLC was the standout clear choice. We felt that Daniel had the best solutions at a reasonable price. He was confident in his solutions and executed them perfectly. He took my creative ideas for the new additions and made them work while keeping structure and long term stability a priority. We were very confident throughout the entire process that Daniel was the right choice. We appreciated that he kept in constant communication with us regarding the schedule and work. He oversaw and worked directly with his paver team on a daily basis for 2 weeks. It was amazing what they accomplished in such a short time given how much work was to be done. "Frank Gonzales (owner) and the Emerald Bloom crew did an exceptional job relacing our paver walkway. Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had.
