"A couple of months ago, we had a leak in our tile roof, so we called Alfa Roofing. Eddie came out, looked it over and explained to me why I was having a leak. It had to do with the way 2 sections of my tile roof came together to form a valley. He recommended cutting the tiles that were overlapping in the valley, so that the water would get redirected in the right direction. No one else who had looked at the roof suggested that. It made total sense, so we hired Alfa Roofing. Everything about the way they handled the job was professional. They started and fully completed the job in 2.5 days. I decided to wait until we had some good rain storms before writing this review. Well, we have now had a couple of really good soakers, so I m happy to report that everything so far, looks great. I do not see any leaks in the area that originally had them. I m really glad that I hired Alfa Roofing. Eddie is reasonably priced, fair and professional and I enjoyed working with him."

I wanted an established company that did their single job expertly; i wanted a company that was valued by other professionals. It's just fact: i will only get the roof replaced once on my house, which is not enough interaction to establish a relationship with a vendor--I needed to rely on an existing relationship. Preferred Roofing was excellent from the first phone call. Preferred Roofing not only did work i cannot do, hard & messy work, they did work i didn’t even know existed. Maybe I could nail down a sheet of plywood and lay a tile... but i had not even heard of an O’Hagin Vent, and i can’t possibly explain how to “torch a cricket”. I was glad to find professionals, and happy to pay for their work. My house was immediately more comfortable; honestly, the next week was as hot as summer, my house was easily 15 degrees cooler than pattern. The new roof was worth every dollar. David wrapped the project personally, stopping by to review the job and provide paperwork. The final payment stayed exactly on bid. The whole process was a delight and--hahaha--I hope I never see them again!!"

"We had to wail a bit because we were hit with rain. When the tiles were removed, it rained and leaked threw my ceilings before they could get the tarp up to cover the roof. As part of the roofing, they painted all my ceilings. You wouldn't know there were water stains. This team was terrific. The roof looks great. In addition, when the final city inspection happened, the inspector said that they did a great job. That made me feel even better about choosing Gio Roofing. I've already given their information to a friend and one of my neighbors."
