"The repairman, Woody arrived on time and did an awesome job of fixing the washer. The washer's pump was clogged because we had washed several small rugs with rubber backs in it. It took over 2 1/2 hours for the repairman to clean out the pump rather than replace it with a new one, which would have cost a lot more money. I really appreciated his integrity with regards to cleaning the pump rather than getting us to buy a new one. The repairman cleaned up after himself and was very neat. The machine has worked great every since this repair job was completed. I would recommend Bob's Appliance to anyone and will surely use them again. Great customer service!"
