After purchasing windows purportedly rated for impact resistance, non-compliant products were installed instead. This discrepancy was only uncovered during the final inspection, at which point the windows were found to not meet impact resistance standards, leading to a failed inspection. The State inspector further advised me that I was not the sole individual affected by this issue. I will provide further updates to this review as more information becomes available, as this matter is still in the preliminary stages of investigation."
