"The Landmark team has been beyond wonderful! They are very easy to work with. Communication is always clear and honest (don't try to upset you other things). Their quotes are reasonable and they have been immensely patient with me as I am currently out of state so it's a bit rough showing exactly what I need/want done when we arent in the same place at the same time! Huge shout out to Alan who has been such a godsend. I plan to continue working with them for my many future landscaping projects!"

"I don't think I could ask for a better experience in having an irrigation system installed. The business is family-owned and run..... husband, wife, and 2 adult sons, plus their very polite, skilled, and efficient workers. Their pricing was also very fair. I'd give them an A+."

"We did panel upgrade for our office as well as ev outlet. Great to deal with"

"The technician said he didn't think that additional boxes were needed; that the fans were fairly light. When he installed one, it wasn't tightly mounted, and wobbled when the fan was on. He said the added box would be, if I recall correctly, over $100 more. I opted for one on a frequently-used fan, but not on the other. It is still loose. I felt like the communications on the sturdiness and price of the installation were not clear between the technician and me. Perhaps that was because the company did not offer a free estimate of the costs (however, if I went ahead with using them, the cost of the estimate would be applied to the final bill). I subsequently called the office, shared my thoughts with the receptionist, asked that she pass those on, but received no follow-up."

"Javier and his crew were excellent. They are professional and the quality of their work was great. We are pleased with the beautiful patio they installed."

"Swanson quoted a fair price and after working to reschedule because of rain, showed up promptly and ready to work with a plan. Things changed a bit (there was an unknown existing blocked french drain) but work was completed on time and seems to be working as needed. I'm certain this was a much less creative task than their usual landscaping creations, but they were very professional and I would hire them again for more interesting work. Thanks!"

"Very professional and responsive…and very creative! My new go to landscaping!"

"Excellent work. Amazing results. We discussed our needs and the design was so much more than we expected! Our project was delayed due to weather, but were kept informed almost daily. The crew was here when scheduled and we were kept informed of the process. Very hard-working crew and we are so pleased with with our new, huge and great designed driveway! Highly recommend this company!"

"I purchased the two hours of electrical work for $119.   I was contacted promptly to set up the appointment.  Initially I was turned off because he (Tony) called while he was driving, then had to check his calendar so he had to pull over.  When doing your calls, DON"T BE DRIVING!  After that, things went very well.  He showed up within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival, and worked quickly and efficiently.  I was able to get TWO ceiling fan light fixtures installed (both installs were uncomplicated), plus get my gas line grounded (bonded) in LESS than two hours. I just needed to pay for a few parts for the gas line job.  Everything seems to be working just fine so far.  Tony was pleasant to work with, and gave straightforward answers to my questions.  I plan to call him next time I need electrical service.

"Excellent! I was contacted by phone almost immediately after I left a message. They headed right over to the church, spoke to someone there and went to work. He also gave his advice about future snow removal. I was incredibly impressed."
