We selected Duct Dusters because they are BBB Accredited, had a 5-Star rating, great reviews, & the owner, Jeff explained their cleaning processes in great detail. Our technicians, Max & Cody arrived on time; were friendly & professional; wore booties over their shoes; showed us before-during-after pictures of each duct; and left the premises tidy & free of debris. They deserve our 5-star rating. "

"Hired to repair refrigerator. Charged me $589 to replace ice maker, still didn't work. 2nd technician came out and said it was a valve problem but no parts available. He noted the owner would call me, I have reached out several times. no return calls or follow up, I'm out nearly $600 and refrigerator still doesn't work. Totally ripped off."
