"They were always on time and willing to explain what they were doing and going to do next. Crew was always very professional and courteous. Cleaned up and picked up every day before they left job site. Very satisfied with job. I told Marty that if my wife is happy it was a success. She is very happy. It took a little longer to get a bid from them but well worth the wait. B & B was several thousand dollars less than closes bid. 10 year warranty"

"Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."
