"I hired this company to install a driveway iron gate for us. Sale man Chase and his team worked really hard to get it done. That s lifetime warranty. When the dates were cloudy and the gate didn t work. I called Chase and left message. He called me back next day and sent his team to fix the gate. Aaron was the guy came to fix it quickly and super nice. I am happy with their service. Highly recommend to anyone who needs iron gate or fences!"

"Mr. Aaron came out, took pictures and video. We spoke about replacing the back fence off the alley, straightening the existing poles, and install two gates, one at the entry and one to go into the alley. That was my understanding. We read the reviews & made the decision to go with them to do the project because we felt they were the most qualified and within our budget. There were several communication issues, including slow responses. Mr. Christopher came out to do the walk-through (finally). Again, it was understood that the fence off the alley would be replaced. When they came out to do the job, they were late and did not announce themselves. I didn't even know they were there until I saw someone walking back and forth. They did both gates and straightened the poles but did not replace the fence which I was told it would be a two-day job. The wording on the contract appeared to state what was verbally agreed. They did a good job with what they did complete, but I felt I was misled."

"Chase from Blacksmith responded quickly to our quote request and he met with us to determine our fencing needs. We had just installed new retaining walls. His quote was online with other bidders. Chase was very knowledgeable and he made recommendations which we adopted. They were about 5 weeks out based on their scheduling which was fine with us. Chase k kept us informed on the starting date and throughout the project. Crew was hard working and courteous and cleaned up property when finished. I would definitely use them again!!"

"I needed a fence to keep my horses from getting out on the road via a new gate I'd had installed a few months earlier. (Another company did it.) In May the gate started opening randomly by itself at odd times and my horses were escaping. I had to chain up my new automatic gate, which defeated it's purpose! Apparently the former installer hadn't coded the automatic opener correctly. So in addition to building a new 585 foot three-rail vinyl horse fence that followed my curving driveway from the road to an existing fence around my house, Carlos reprogrammed the faulty fence opener for me. My new fence has two double gates, a 12-foot and a 10 foot. It was completed in less than a week in June. I live south of Dallas and Carlos is in Greenville so it was quite a drive for him. The new fence was a substantial investment, but besides serving the purpose I needed, it is really beautiful. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. My place now reminds one of a championship Thoroughbred farm in Kentucky."

"About 5 weeks ago I approached Cisco Fences for a bid on replacing my backyard fence.  Francisco gave me a bid I thought was fair, and I agreed to have his team replace my fence.  However, Cisco already had so many projects ahead of mine, they were not available to start my fence for about 5 weeks, which was a little disappointing to me at the time because one of my gates was falling apart and it was not possible to keep it closed any longer.  I told Francisco that I was disappointed he couldn't start sooner because I didn't feel secure with my front gate unable to secure my backyard.  He said he would have one of his team come over and bolster the gate so that it would be secure and safe until they were free to start my project.  He had someone come right away and did a fantastic job repairing the gate.  He didn't charge me for this extra service.  I was comfortable waiting the 5 weeks until they were available to begin my project.   Last Thursday they tore down the old fence and started on the new one, and by Saturday evening I had a brand new fence!  They did an amazing job.  The fence they built was board-on-board and stained with a graduated top that gave the fence a very polished and finished look.  The two gates are arched and the bracketing is very secure with the ability to padlock the gate shut from inside.  The fence is beautiful and VERY secure.  I know I waited for Cisco to be available for 5 weeks, but I would do so again.  Their quality of work is the "highest" and their team is very professional.  Francisco kept in touch with me and kept me advised on the progress.  Cisco Fences gives you an excellent product, within a very reasonable time frame, and at a cost that is very fair.  I highly recommend Cisco Fences if you need a good fence.  They are the best!
