"The carpets cleaned was for a re-rental in a somewhat newly constructed town house. The carpets were in a fairly clean condition to begin with. So I hired this company to basically refresh the carpets on the entire top floor which consisted of 3 bedrooms, and 2 walk-in closets. Since this was a "dry" cleaning it was satisfactory for what I needed to have done. However, it the carpets were heavily soiled or showed more wear; then I would have opted for a "wet" or "steam" type cleaning which would be more appropriate for that type of condition. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. He was quick and efficient. I would use this company again for "light" freshening of any of my rental units. However, for heavy duty cleaning, I would definitely use a different company that does a "wet" cleaning. There is a difference and it's just a matter of knowing what your needs are."

He went room to room, assessing the carpet's condition and told me what I could expect, results-wise. He brought in his machine which worked fast and fairly noise-free. After he'd done 2 rooms he said that the carpet was turning out great and better than he expected...great, I thought.
