We had checked other roofers and had good impressions of them but decided on On Tops Roofing for multiple reasons including price and how quickly they were able to start the work. We asked for some items that weren't in the original quote and they agreed to all of our requests with no reluctance at all. The project manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The only issue I had was some wood siding was damaged when they had to pull it from the house to install step flashing. The siding was old and needed to be replaced anyway so the damage just prompted us to move that project up on our priority list.
