They were open to giving me design suggestions that would really take my bathroom to the next level while working within my budget. I appreciated them being open with setting project expectations so it gave me an idea of what to expect every step of the way. If schedule is important to you as well, I would recommend KB express. This was my only full bath so the remodel required relocation for me. Even with project changes (requested by me) they continued to work diligently to get the job done in a timely manner without risking quality.
