"Initial Visit was immediate, and the initial install was the following week but for some reason the replacement gutter was Not installed flush with my porch roof as the old one was. The installers left a 2 inch gap, so the water just ran onto the ground, also the end cap of another gutter that was replaced on the front of the porch leaked. The first gutter was later moved closer to the porch and on yet another visit the end cap was replaced with a corner piece which finally stopped the leaking. It took three visits (initial install, moving the one gutter closer to the porch and then installing the corner on the other gutter) but everything is Great now. I appreciate their commitment to resolving the issues with my gutters, it’s just unfortunate that it took three visits to complete the job versus just one."
