Upon notifying him, he immediately made an appointment that was convenient for us, and came out made the repairs, (took about 10mins) and he refused payment, I would have paid him something for his time, because the fault wasn’t his. "They came and installed my fence very quickly after HOA approval. Itâ s a six foot privacy and the cost compares to others was outstanding, definitely cost/efficient and I find the fence to be made well, nice looking, and obviously sturdy. Due to the house next door still being built, the builders were installing rods close to my fence and they broke one and a half wood slats. Justin the owner was there measuring for the neighbors and so the builders and them talked. He came by within the next day or two and free of charge fixed/replaced slats. As a person with little carpentry experience and living alone with kids this was really appreciated too. He stated if anything happens with the builders again while they are there he can come fix it. Super chill husband and wife owned company that care about their customers and do a good job for a good value. Could not recommend more highly."
