"All I needed was pellets for my pellet stove. Simple request you would think. But here is why I will write this review for perspective that we all typically over look. I am somewhat off the beaten path and a box store wanted to charge me more to deliver a pallet of pellets than what the pellets themselves cost. I sent J4 a message just to see what my options were. All I asked was to have delivered to my driveway. Jeremy said not a problem and could have them to me on the day I asked. Here is the perspective. Weather was coming before that, I reached out and mentioned if Jeremy wanted to beat the weather he can deliver sooner if he could. Within an hour and half he is was on his way. He asked if I still wanted them in driveway and said yes. I said yes as I needed to take down around the back of my house which is a tough task on my access road. Well he surprised the heck out of me and got to the back. When I met him out back I told him he can slide the pallet anywhere in the yard as I was going to carry them in the basement later on. He took out a knife, cut the wrapping off and asked where he wanted me to put them. Jeremy without question, without asking anything more than what was discussed went way above and beyond. This speaks volumes about a person's caliber and ethics that we typically overlook. A helping hand is hard to find, but everytime I have went to Jeremy for anything there is nothing less of the what is stated above. Truly a great professional at everything he does and why he has been my first and only call. My perspective and what I have taken away to you is when using J4, please keep in mind, Jeremy does not do what he does for himself, he removes a burden and does it for us. What I thought was going to be a simple drop and go, turned out to be so much more. Thank you again to Jeremy!!!"

"We had a small custom bathroom that needed redone including minor wall demo and custom shower tiling. The entire process from demo through finishing was wonderful. Very friendly, good communication and excellent work. Would highly recommend for any tile or similar jobs!"

"We hired Zedarwoodwork to remodel our kitchen and I must say that they did an excellent job. Our kitchen had a total 360 degree turn from being outdated to very modern. The customer service, attention to detail and ideas were outstanding. If you need to remodel your kitchen or any part of your home don’t look any further. Zedarwoodwork is it."

"Last year we met and contracted A Cut Above Carpentry to do a full kitchen remodel. (Their estimate and timeline were very reasonable.) Because of delays in appliance deliveries (ordered by us not the contractor), we had to reschedule 3 times. A Cut Above was understanding and accommodating. When our project finally began, we quickly saw we had made the right choice. Marcy, the office manager, was professional, fantastic at communicating all steps, costs and information on the remodel and just checking in on the progress. Marty, the contractor, was committed as much to our vision as we were. He was prompt, efficient, pleasant and generous with information, questions and suggestions. His work is excellent and you can see his skill and experience everywhere. It can always be a challenge working on an older home (ours was built in 1958), and you never know what you may find. As we progressed and unexpected conditions came up, Marty would always have a solution. He discussed each one with us, presenting the pros and cons of each solution, along with his thoughts on the best way to proceed. His ability to troubleshoot and solve each and every challenge that came his way is an asset, and my number one reason why I would recommend A Cut Above Carpentry. Our new kitchen is everything we dreamed it could be and we canâ t thank A Cut Above enough for their care in getting it accomplished. A Cut Above Carpentry is now our go to contractor/carpenter for any and all home projects."

"I needed a lot of yard trash removed before my property was sold. They came out, worked hard, and did everything I asked. The new owners "found" more trash, and they went back out and removed that too. They're polite and stick to their estimates. Highly recommended!"
