Curtis replaced both springs on the garage door within 30 minutes, tested it out several times, and even assisted me with replacing the batteries in both of my garage door openers AND re-programming them before he left. He also gave me a quote to replace one section of the garage door that was cracked. One of the garage door openers, the battery had leaked and the connections were all gunked up. Curtis scraped them clean for me, replaced the battery and I now have 2 working garage door openers. He didn't have to do that for me, but that extra little bit of customer service is something you don't see very often these days. I will definitely hire this company again."

We really didn't know what we wanted to do with our kitchen, so we thought this might help us decide. <br /> Ultimately, although the price was great, we decided not to go with Striking Renovation's plan. A proposed island would have left only 18" for an important thoroughfare through the kitchen (to the basement steps) and we felt that would not allow for good flow through the house. <br /> We did call John back about six months later requesting a bid for a bathroom remodel (this time we knew what we wanted and just needed someone to do the work), but never received a call back, so we went with another contractor. "The only problem I had was the blinds for the two patios took an extremely long time, but they were very professional with it.  They followed up and stayed up with me. The blinds were specially ordered.  The company that put the blinds together ran out of material and after three months they still didn’t have the special order put together.  They kept saying that they ran out of material.  All other blinds that I had throughout the place were on time.  I ended up just canceling the special order and bought blinds for the two patio doors from what they had in the warehouse. Overall Lowe's did well."
