"The carpet cleaning was fine and the cost was OK, though in our family room there were some bugs left behind under the window.  But five months after the work and we paid the bill, they sent another bill. Phone calls have gone unanswered and so have emails. I suspect something is not right with this company and I'll stear clear from them in the future."
