"I found Ralph on Angie's list and contracted him for a clogged drain. I was pleased that he responded quickly and he took care of 2 clogged shower drains. The following week, my hot water heater broke and Ralph called back five minutes after I sent him a text. He replaced it with a superior model (which cost only a little more than the cheap model that I had and he explained the features which made it superior. I later found a YouTube video which confirmed everything that he said). The warranty was better also.
