When I ask about the extra salt promised by salesman and to be shown how to care for my system his lack of experience became evident and he suggested I have a service person come and show me. He said he was the installer. The extra salt was not available, just enough to get my new system running. The salt that was in my old system was thrown away because the installer said it was to difficult to remove. Possibly true did seem hard on top. Very polite and professional. I am sure more experience will be beneficial."
