"John was on time to clear slow drain. Used a shorter snake than prior plumbers. I told him I wanted to know what the problem was that the drain keeps clogging and running slow making it difficult to drain laundry. Called for a plumber, Manny who explained different options to cap off existing drain and reroute and install new drain with drain clean-out access. Drain has been draining well since the repair just need to get a dry wall repairman as drywall had to be cut. I also had the drain power wash done. I am hoping the drain will not clog now."
