We first contacted Jack in 2013 to help us with a small kitchen remodel project. He helped us design and install a granite countertop and add trim detail around the kitchen window. This was a relatively small project but Jack was detailed and attentive to us throughout. We were very happy with the work so we called Jack for our most recent remodeling project which included a full kitchen and living room remodel. This was a HUGE project that went so smoothly and we are thrilled with the results. "Over 7 weeks AND 13 visits, we were intermittently subjected to gas leaks, water leaks, no hot water or heat and error codes on our tankless water heater. They took advantage of the fact that my 2 teenagers and I had no hot water and no heat and continuously up-charged us. During that time, they charged an extra $1900 over the original estimate of $4000. All of the issues were because they failed to recognize that my existing venting didn’t match the new unit (even though they added to the venting) and because they didn’t provide drain piping to manufacture recommendations. They offered me money back and then rescinded the offer as the problems they should have caught just continued. I ended up “chatting” with the manufacturer and showing them screenshots to prove the venting was wrong. They offered a cleaning crew after I complained and already cleaned up the mess they ground into the carpet. When I asked to speak to the owner/DORA license holder, Levi Torres, I was told Levi “doesn’t take phone calls”. Clearly, he only takes your money and wastes your time."
