There customer services is great, they called to let us know that one of the ladies who cleans for us would be out sick that day and that there would on be one housekeeper that day, and wanted to know if that was OK with us. The 2 ladies (I wish I knew their names) were so kind and cheerful. We first did a walkthrough and I told them what I needed.
