"Day one everything was great! Josh showed up with his guys we bought them food and a case of beer. Had a couple drinks laughed etc. Frank the owner a fellow veteran had me convinced it was going to be a two day ordeal to tile and grout our backsplash? 6 days and 140 man hours later I was sadly mistaken. Josh was so frustrated with the job he stopped talking to us by day two and would just walk right past us for days without even saying hello or good morning? Unless we prompted. So much so my wife just stayed upstairs because she felt so uncomfortable. Out of frustration I called frank the owner and he came out giving ever excuse under the sun and only cared about getting paid when they did a horrible job? as a homeowner I should not have to explain to them how to lay tile properly!
