"The entire project, from start to finish, went extremely well. I've always done the tree trimming myself, but at 73, I'm no longer able to climb ladders, so needed assistance. I contacted BOTS early Monday morning, a representative came out that afternoon to do a walk-around and provide an estimate. Later that day the work was scheduled for 2 days later. A 3-man team arrived as scheduled, walked through the project just to be sure I’d not changed anything, and they began their work. Each team member had a specific job, and they worked together seamlessly. They were professional, respectful, and very courteous. It had been several years since the 5 trees had been trimmed, and they did an excellent job bringing back into great condition. The trees now look like they’ve been cared for, and I won’t be concerned that the next wind storm will break any of the limbs. The removal of the desert broom will alleviate the mess created with the seed pods blowing all over. The team did an excellent job of clean-up also. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this service to anyone. And I will definitely contact them again in the future. This company conducts business the way it used to be and should be. Unfortunately, in today’s environment, professionalism and quality are not always present. "After some delays, from employee illness, they worked diligently to get the job done.
My new irrigation system was explained to me in detail. I was told to call them if I had any trouble with the system itself or understanding the operation of the system.
I'm not sure if there are enough emitters for each rose bush and tree; nevertheless, they said that they would be willing to add more emitters as necessary. Time will tell.
Overall, I was very pleased with their work and the politeness of the entire crew.
