"I called Sun Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and left a message that I had a leaking toilet that needed a ring replacement. Leaving a message these days sometimes means waiting for a day or two for a call back, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call approximately two hours later. Because the leak was not bad we set an appointment to have Ketchum come and repair it on Monday at 10am. Now, I have lived in Georgia for the past six years and seldom does anyone show up on time, but Ketchum did. He and his helper pulled the toilet they discovered the flange was roughly ¼ inch above the level of the floor. They then proceeded to shorten the pipe, replace the flange, install a new wax ring, and reinstalled my toilet. This toilet has had its wax ring replaced three times in the last four years and never did anyone mention the problem with the raised flange. I highly recommend Sun Plumbing for any plumbing needs."
