After 3 months and $3000 dollars down the drain, I fired that guy and called Kouski to come out and give me a new quote to fix what the other guy did. He basically had to rip out everything and start anew. Kouski held no grudges with me for initially going with someone else and just wanted to make it right. He was very upset that other guy gave his profession a bad name. Joel made it look great and did it all in 3 days. "I had their service for over two years, yard only improved about 40%. Some areas stayed brown, grass wouldn't grow. One scheduled Reseeding with soil turnover was done during a big wind event of 35 miles and hour. What? Really? Had to make many calls to return. For a period, I added the Bush / Shrub Care, my Oriental Plum tree didn't improve. Leaves won't grow or fill out. Later, to be told by Tree Service Co. the tree was getting to much water. It was in the center of my front lawn, very visible. Tree had to be removed due to Root Rot. TruGreen never said anything. Also, I was told two of the brown areas had Grubs! TruGreen didn't tell me that either! I cancelled about 6 months ago, after a Supervisor failed to return my two call. I feel they should work with a gardening service, "Joint Venture" for better results and should also improve their communication. I hired them a year before getting an a Appraisal, sadly it didn't help!!! I'm a retired Senior and female."

"They are great, and we have referred him to several people. I think they are fair on price. The price is different when they do the garden care and they also do our snow removal. The price depends on what is being done. They keep their own schedule, and I don't care, I just want it done."

"<p>I contacted Prairieview Landscaping for a free estimate and they came out to the house within a week of calling and had the free estimate within 4 days of the visit. We contacted a few other companies for estimates, but we liked Praireview's the best. Once I emailed and told them that we wanted to have the work done, they started immediately. Weed treatment one day, the next day someone else was out at the house and aerating the lawn, and that afternoon another crew was working on filling the bare spots with topsoil and seed.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Only downside is that is was a bigger job than they anticipated on filling the bare spots in the lawn and that job is still pending completion. However, it is giving us time to water the other areas and be ready for when they return to finish the job. Also, they have not billed me, yet, as the job is not complete. Very professional, polite, efficient employees. I plan on calling them again in the future.</p> <br />"
