I always get a least 3 quotes and bombard the company's with all my questions and concerns before picking anyone. We plan on being in this house until they roll us to the nursing home or to the morgue, which ever comes first. So I wanted a warranty that would let me sleep at night. Burnett will let you get any of the work that you want done in phases to fit your budget. They don't try to strong arm you into doing it all at once. After getting the new windows and siding we don't really hear the strange noises from the airport or the train tracks in the middle of the night. We LOVE all the improvements that Burnett made for us. If you ever have a problem or question during or after the install, they are only a phone call away. The only one in the family that doesn't care for the new windows is our old cat. "Daniel and his helper did a great job upgrading my attic ladder. The one that was present in the house was not strong enough to support my weight and was too narrow. Daniel installed a larger, heavier-duty ladder that is relatively easy to go up and down now. The stair steps are wider and I feel the installation is very solid. I had a couple of questions at the end. Daniel answered them and even adjusted the spring tension on the ladder making it easier to open and close. I highly recommend this company for a variety of future services!"
