The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

The walkway is falling apart, breaking and lifting and is a trip hazard. I had to take him to court to get my payment refunded. I was awarded the judgment, but Dan Ford has NOT paid.
