The front concrete steps had sunken so low that it was dangerous to use them. We negotiated the color desired and the price for the walk and the steps. Wow, he and his 2-man crew came the next Saturday, worked all day to perfect the design, and they were done by early Sunday afternoon. Elo was friendly, professional, and his team did excellent work. "The most important detail is that CP stands by its work. A problem did develop over the winter, but company made it clear that they would make repairs gratis. I've only had this kind of work done once, so I can't compare the experience to that of any other company, but these guys were competent and responsive. I do wish I'd been onsite to check the work as it progressed; they could have cleaned up a bit better. Still, largely satisfied, as was a neighbor who also used them and recommended them to me.
