"My original call was because my HVAC unit was not putting out much cold air. A serviceman came out the same day, took the unit apart, fixed a small leak and recharged the gasses. When it was still not operating properly, he did some gymnastics credible to a circus performer and removed part of the duct work to access the back side of the system. There he discovered the coils were solidly covered with mold and mildew which he removed with a wire brush. He then cleaned off the coils and reassembled the whole thing. Great job, made recommendations about the future of my system, cleaned up and left. The floor was wet from the cleaning. Two days later the floor was still wet, so I called again and a different tech came out. He found a plug in my drain hose from the extensive gunk that was loosened during the original cleaning. There was no charge for the follow-up and everything is great a week later! Both techs were professional, helpful and pleasant. A salesperson came out the next day(at my request) to give me an estimate on a new system. <br />"
